Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m your founder! As an Australian-based, dual Australian-New Zealand citizen, a business owner, and a proud mum to a large family of five school-aged children, I know firsthand how wonderful—and chaotic—family travel can be.

Why I Started 1800 Bali Nanny

Our family travels to Bali frequently, but finding the right childcare setup was always a major hurdle. With five children—some who have special needs, and all with completely different, vibrant personalities—I initially struggled to find a team of babysitters who could truly support us.

I needed a higher level of care. I wanted professional, inclusive, and adaptive support overseas that mirrored the exact standards I expect at home. When I couldn't find it, I built it. That is how 1800 Bali Nanny was born.

Our Management

Our management team is Based in Australia, and spend their time between Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. Management are your initial contact. They will assist you with your enquiry and forward your care request to the co-ordination unit. If you have any feedback, complaints or would like to discuss a matter - we are always here to help.

Your Local Co-ordinator is Putu. She is a Bali local and will assist you with matching a suitable nanny for your littles ones, as well as communication whilst in Bali. Putu is also a highly experienced and popular Bali nanny too, you may see her on one of the nanny shifts!
