Booking information
We believe your holiday budget should go directly to the people caring for your children. To secure your booking, we charge a 15% deposit. The remaining balance is paid in IDR directly to your nanny on a daily basis. The deposit covers administration, careful vetting of suitable and reliable nannies, security arrangements for your nanny, and the support of our local Bali coordinator. If your plans change or a replacement is needed, we will assist in arranging suitable alternatives.
A travel fee of 50,000–100,000 IDR may apply depending on your location (this does not apply to Kuta or Legian) Your local area co-ordinator will advise depending on your location.
The Deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the booking deposit is passed on to the assigned nanny to help offset her lost wages.
Remaining Nanny fees are payable directly to your nanny in IDR, per day. Nanny fees are non-negotiable.
For safety and care reasons, children aged 12 months and under require their own dedicated nanny.
Payable per hour:
1 child: IDR 90,000 (≈ AUD $7.50)
2 children: IDR 100,000 (≈ AUD $8.50)
3 children: IDR 115,000 (≈ AUD $9.50)
4 children: IDR 125,000 (≈ AUD $10.50)
