Hourly Rates
1 child — 80k IDR per hour
2 children — 120k IDR per hour
3 children — 180k IDR per hour
4 children -- 240k IDR per hour
5 children -- 300k IDR per hour
Travel Fee

A daily travel fee applies to all bookings, Pricing starting from 50k IDR ($4 AUD).
Please note - For babies aged 12 months and under, a dedicated nanny may be required for safety and quality of care.

How to Pay
Nanny fees are paid directly to your nanny in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) daily.
Nanny Selection
Upon booking confirmation, we will match your family with the nanny that is best suited to your children. The local Bali coordinator will be in touch with you to let you know who will be looking after your children.
Casual Babysitting
Need a nanny for dinner, a massage, shopping, a beach club or a quiet afternoon? Casual babysitting is available depending on availability.
Last minute bookings depends on nanny availability.
Minimum booking: 4 hours.
Special Needs Support
We may be able to assist families with children who have additional needs. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss the best support options for your family.
Booking Deposit
During high season, multi day bookings and school holidays -A 15% deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid directly to your nanny in IDR.
Deposits can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal.

School Holiday Availability
Australian and New Zealand school holiday periods book quickly, especially June and July.
We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment, particularly for evening care and consecutive days.
Cancellation by Us
In the extremely rare event that 1800-Bali-Nanny is required to cancel your confirmed booking at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
As a gesture of goodwill, affected clients will be offered 50% off a future booking of equal value. To redeem this offer, please contact 1800balinanny@gmail.com.
We understand that unexpected cancellations can be frustrating. However, abusive, threatening, intimidating or disrespectful communication towards our nannies, coordinators or management will not be tolerated. Such behaviour may result in the cancellation of current or future bookings and/or restrictions on further communication with 1800-Bali-Nanny.
